Rayshelle Finch, PhD

Rayshelle is the Chief Sonographer at Orange PRP Diagnostic Imaging practice. She began her career in nursing and progressed to Echocardiography. She went on to achieve a Masters in Medical Ultrasound- in general & vascular ultrasound and has successfully completed her PhD, which was focussed on research into the postoperative surveillance of endovascular aortic grafts using contrast enhanced ultrasound. Rayshelle has presented her research at multiple national and international conferences, including Australia New Zealand Society of Vascular Surgery (ANZSVS), Australian Sonographers Association (ASA) national meetings, Australian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM), VERVE vascular symposium- Australia, Society of Vascular Ultrasound (SVU) in Washington and New Orleans and Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).
Having been named the Australian researcher and sonographer of the year, Rayshelle is dedicated to provide high quality ultrasound and has committed her time to the training of sonographers to enhance their level of expertise, especially in the field of vascular ultrasound.

Kristoffer Leamon, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC

Kris graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelors in athletic training in 2011. He worked in the field gaining experience with varying populations ranging from industrial athletes to D1 football players at Vanderbilt University, multi-sport high school and middle school athletes while serving as a physician extender at a local sports medicine clinic in Asheville, NC. Kris received his doctorate in physical therapy from Elon University in 2015, and currently works at Cone Health Outpatient Rehab where he leads a team of 13 providers and have the opportunity to work with a varied population such as other clinicians, the underserved community, athletes and post-operative patients with functional limitations. Kris is passionate about staying up to date with evidence-based practices utilizing techniques including dry needling, blood flow restriction, manual techniques and strengthening / loading. In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy spending time outside in the yard/ gardening with their 2 dogs, traveling, and going to Disney any chance they get.

Josh Lee, MBA, RVT, FSVU

Josh is the Director of Vascular Services for Premier Surgical Associates in Knoxville, Tennessee. He has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and performed diagnostic ultrasound exams for over 18 of those years. Josh is a former president of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound and has been on the Board of Directors since 2018. He has held many Committee Chair positions for the SVU and the Southeastern Vascular Association since 2009.

David M. Williams, MS, RDCS, RVT, FSVU

David possesses 35+ years of experience in clinical cardiovascular ultrasound, physiology and research. His educational specialties focus on peripheral vascular disease, cardiovascular hemodynamics, and cerebrovascular disease. Currently, he is the Technical Director of the Vascular lab at MUSC - Cardiovascular Surgery, Florence, SC. David serves as a Fellow of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound, and has editorial board memberships to the Journal for Vascular Ultrasound and Journal of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
